On March 27, 2024, Elsevier released the 2023 list of “Highly Cited Chinese Researchers.” Several Chairmans of the the Society for the Studies of Climate Finance, Chinese Society of Optimization, Overall Planning, and Economical Mathematics were once again included in the list.
