In the face of an intensifying global climate crisis and the urgent journey toward carbon neutrality, the innovative synergy between technology finance and green finance plays a pivotal role in advancing China’s energy transition. Deeply exploring the interactive mechanisms and integrated development pathways of these two financial systems is crucial for driving global green transformation and remains a focal point of current academic and policy discourse. The 13th carbon neutrality and climate finance forum will be held on December 6-7, 2025 at Tianjin. The forum is jointly organized by the Energy Finance Committee of the International Society for Energy Transition Studies (ISETS) and the Climate Finance Subcommittee of the Chinese Society of Optimization, Overall Planning and Economic Mathematics (“Shuangfa” Society), hosted by Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.

We welcome submissions of academic papers in, but not limited to, the fields of Tech Finance, Green Finance, and Energy Transition. All submissions will be reviewed by the Forum’s Academic Committee. Papers must be unpublished full manuscripts in Chinese or English, submitted in PDF format only. Please indicate “13th Forum on Carbon Neutrality and Climate Finance” in the email subject line and include the author’s name and affiliation/status (e.g., faculty member, Ph.D. student) in the email body.
