第三届中国能源与气候金融三十人论坛暨西南财经大学碳中和与气候金融研究院揭牌仪式在成都举办

2025年11月15日,第三届中国能源与气候金融三十人论坛暨西南财经大学碳中和与气候金融研究院揭牌仪式在成都举行。三十人论坛由中国“双法”研究会气候金融研究分会主办,西南财经大学经济与管理研究院承办。来自清华大学、北京大学、中国科学院大学、上海交通大学、香港科技大学(广州)、湖南大学、北京航空航天大学、南京航空航天大学、西南交通大学、西南财经大学等20多所院校的专家学者参加了本次论坛。 开幕式由西南财经大学经济与管理研究院执行院长董艳主持,西南财经大学党委常委、副校长王擎在会上代表学校致辞,他首先对参会专家表示热烈欢迎,并介绍了碳中和与气候金融研究院成立的背景和发展目标,进而期望借此深化与国内外高校合作、共同探索气候金融领域的理论创新和实践路径。随后,中国地质大学(武汉)於世为教授代表三十人论坛发言,他介绍了论坛的基本情况并对研究院成立表示祝贺,也期待能够加强合作、共同推动学科发展。 在本届论坛上,首先进行了西南财经大学碳中和与气候金融研究院揭牌仪式。中国“双法”研究会气候金融研究分会理事长、西南财经大学碳中和与气候金融研究院首任院长张大永教授介绍了研究院成立的背景、意义与发展目标。研究院是由西南财经大学和重庆星时代科技发展有限公司于2025年发起共建的校级科研机构,旨在共同推动产学研结合,服务国家“双碳”发展战略,深入探索气候投融资领域的理论和实践,解决国家和地区低碳绿色转型与高质量发展中的关键问题。研究院致力于成为西南财经大学研究范式创新和学科发展的重要载体,期望建成立足我国西部地区,具有国内外影响力的国际化研究平台。 随后,张大永教授代表论坛和研究院发布中英双语研究报告《气候金融展望2025》,该报告以来源于多方权威机构的数据为基础,全面整合了近年来全球气候投融资领域的最新发展动态,提供了权威、系统的统计分析,为政策制定者、市场参与者和研究⼈员提供了兼具参考价值的综合性指南。在圆桌会议的讨论环节,三十人论坛秘书长、中国科学院大学郭琨副研究员代表团队介绍了最新出版的专著《人工智能与气候金融》,诸位与会专家对气候金融学科建设等问题进行了热烈讨论,确立了三十人论坛的未来发展路径。 本次论坛还开设有2个优秀青年学者分论坛,参会学者围绕气候冲击与企业韧性、企业环境信息披露、环境污染与人力资本等热点与前沿主题进行了广泛交流。本届中国能源与气候金融三十人论坛汇聚了国内能源与气候金融领域的杰出青年学者,围绕“双碳”目标下的金融创新与政策协同展开深度研讨,推动了能源与气候金融领域的理论突破与学科交叉融合,为学科发展注入新的智力动能。
